The Gourmet Celiac Group
is located in Holland, OH -- a suburb of Toledo.  
As a group of “foodies” it is our mission to assist celiacs, and those with other food intolerances, with making their gluten free meals healthy, tasty and fun again. 
It is also our mission to assist our membership with issues dealing with travel, dining out and family acceptance of their digestive condition.


There is no charge for membership.

Whenever you bring something to a meeting
to share with others,

please remember to bring at least a list of ingredients.


As always, you don't have to share an old, family, secret recipe, just the ingredients list. 

We have people in the groupwho have food issues
other than gluten, and to insure their dietary safety,
we must inform them of the ingredients,or they will not be able to enjoy your dish.

Likewise, if you bring something you purchased,
please bring the package with the list of the ingredients.
